Framia is a Local AI portrait background replacement tool that offers periodic membership subscription services for users to unlock advanced functional privileges and unlimited creative generation permissions. These terms clarify the service rules, usage specifications, authorization mechanisms and relevant provisions applicable to all subscription users. All subscription behaviors and service usage activities are subject to the contents of these terms.
All subscription service verification and functional authorization of Framia are completed through local device authorization and official application store mechanisms. The application only provides local Local AI functional empowerment for subscribed users, and does not collect, store or process any user personal information or facial information in any subscription service link. All portrait processing behaviors are completed locally on the user device with zero facial information retention.
Framia provides four types of periodic subscription plans including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, half-year subscription and yearly subscription. Subscribed users can obtain exclusive functional privileges including increased Local AI portrait generation times, unlimited background creation, exclusive scene resources and advanced Studio workflow template rights. All subscription functions are based on local device operation and do not rely on any external data support.
The opening, verification and use of all subscription services are completely independent of user portrait content and facial information. The application only verifies local subscription authorization status to activate advanced functions. No subscription behavior will trigger facial feature identification, data extraction or information recording. The application always maintains a zero facial information processing standard in all subscription service links.
The application provides multiple gradient subscription cycle plans to meet different user usage needs. Weekly subscription provides short term temporary advanced privileges, monthly subscription meets daily regular creative needs, half-year subscription provides medium term cost effective service rights, and yearly subscription provides long term full functional exclusive privileges. All subscription validity periods are calculated based on the official application store billing rules.
Subscribed users can enjoy unlimited Local AI portrait background replacement generation, free use of all built-in realistic scene resources, unlimited fusion strength and output ratio adjustment rights, free access to all Studio workflow templates, and one click batch creation functions. All privileged functions run locally on the user device and do not involve any upload or transmission of portrait content.
All subscription authority verification is completed locally on the user device. After the user completes the subscription payment through the official application store, the device will generate exclusive local authorization credentials. The application reads local credential information to identify user subscription status and activate advanced functions. No authorization data will be uploaded or stored externally.
The local authorization credentials only record subscription validity status and functional permission information, and do not carry any user portrait content, facial feature data or personal identity information. The update, expiration and refresh of authorization status will not involve any processing of user facial information. The application does not retain any facial data of subscribed users at any time.
All subscription privileges are for personal non-commercial use only. Users shall not resell, share, transfer or commercially use the subscription functional privileges. Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for improper use of subscription services that violates platform specifications and public order.
Users shall use subscription advanced functions to create legal and compliant portrait works. Users are solely responsible for all portrait materials uploaded and creative works generated by themselves. The application will not participate in user content creation and does not assume any responsibility for user independent creation behaviors.
All subscription plans support automatic renewal by default, which is managed uniformly by the official application store. Users can turn off the automatic renewal function at any time through the store account settings. The application does not participate in payment deduction and renewal management behaviors.
After the subscription period expires, the user's advanced functional privileges will be automatically invalidated, and the application will restore the basic free usage limit. All local user works, scene collections and template settings will not be cleared due to subscription expiration, and all user portrait content and local data are completely controlled by the user.
The application reserves the right to adjust subscription plan prices, functional privileges and plan types according to service optimization and version iteration. The adjusted subscription rules will take effect after being displayed on the application store details page and the internal subscription page. The application will not arbitrarily terminate valid subscription services purchased by users.
If the user violates the usage specifications stipulated in these terms, the application has the right to terminate the user's subscription service privilege without additional compensation.
In the process of continuous function iteration and service upgrade of Framia, the subscription functional privileges will be continuously optimized and enriched. All updated subscription services will always adhere to the local processing mechanism and zero facial information processing rules, and will never collect or retain any user facial information in any subscription service link.
