Framia is a professional Local AI portrait background replacement tool that provides personal creative image processing services. Users can use all core functions of the application without registering accounts or logging in. This agreement clarifies the usage specifications, content rights, privacy protection rules and service constraints that all users need to abide by during the use of the application.
All image processing and portrait optimization functions of Framia rely entirely on local device operation and Local AI algorithms. The whole service process does not involve any acquisition, extraction, recording or retention of user facial information. The following clauses will fully and detailedly explain the application's zero facial information processing rule to protect every user's portrait privacy and data security in all dimensions.
Framia provides users with local portrait background replacement and image creative processing services. Users can upload personal portrait images, and match portraits with multiple built-in realistic scene materials including beach scenes, urban night scenes and art venue scenes through local Local AI operation. The application supports personalized adjustment of fusion strength, output proportion, scene collection and Studio workflow template creation to meet daily selfie beautification, social avatar production and professional portrait making needs.
The application adopts a fully open no account usage mode. Users can open the application and use all image processing and creative functions directly without submitting any personal information. There is no user identity binding, information verification or data association mechanism in the whole usage process, which fundamentally avoids the association between user portrait content and any personal identity information.
In order to fully guarantee user portrait privacy and data security, Framia formulates strict zero facial information processing specifications. All operations of uploading portrait images and Local AI intelligent processing will strictly abide by the following rules, and the application will never generate any facial information related records in any link.
When users upload portrait images for background replacement and creative processing, the built-in Local AI algorithm only completes overall image fusion, scene matching and picture rendering operations. The algorithm will not independently identify, extract, analyze or record any facial feature data of users. It will not capture facial contour, facial feature points, facial texture and other biometric information contained in the portrait image, and there is no facial feature data extraction function in any functional module of the application.
All Local AI calculation and image processing behaviors are real time temporary operations on the user's local device. In the process of image rendering and effect adjustment, the application will not generate any independent facial information cache files, feature data logs or temporary record files. Only the complete image file exists in the local device space, and the independent facial feature data will not be retained in any form after the processing operation is completed.
All portrait image uploads and Local AI processing links are completed in a closed local device environment. The application has no external data transmission function. All user uploaded original portraits and newly generated creative works will not be transmitted to any external channels. The application's in-app purchase, subscription member and functional authorization services are completely independent of portrait image processing functions. All purchase records, coin data and subscription status information only exist in local device authorization records, and will not be associated with any user portrait content or facial information. Paid service use will not trigger any facial information identification and recording behavior.
All original portrait images uploaded by users and all creative works generated through the Local AI processing function are exclusively owned by the users. The application does not obtain any usage rights, ownership rights or derivative rights of user portrait content. The application only provides local image processing technical services, and does not occupy or use any user portrait resources in any form.
Users can independently complete local saving, device album export, local sharing and content deletion of creative works. All operation behaviors are independently controlled by users. The application will not actively save, modify or disseminate user portrait and creative content without user authorization. All facial information contained in the portrait is completely controlled by the user.
Framia provides users with coin based one time purchase services and periodic member subscription services. Paid users can obtain more Local AI generation times, exclusive scene resources and advanced workflow template functions. All paid service verification is completed through the official application store's local authorization mechanism.
The opening and use of all paid functions will not involve any facial information processing behavior. The acquisition of service permissions does not require users to provide any portrait or facial related content. The application's paid service system runs independently of image processing functions and never collects, records or retains any user facial information.
Users shall use the Framia application in accordance with public order and good customs and relevant platform specifications. Users shall not use the application to process illegal, inappropriate or unauthorized portrait content. Users shall bear full responsibility for all portrait content uploaded and processed by themselves.
The application will maintain the stable operation of local Local AI processing functions and continuously optimize the portrait background fusion effect. All function iterations and version updates will always adhere to the core rule of zero facial information processing to ensure user privacy security is always protected.
This User Agreement can be appropriately optimized and adjusted according to application function iteration and service standard updates. The updated agreement content will be displayed on the application official details page and the internal setting page of the application. The core privacy protection clauses including zero facial information processing will not be changed. Continued use of the application after the update is deemed as recognition of the latest agreement content.
